Day 1 (LD): WAGGA WAGGA TO BALLARAT – Wednesday, 8^th October 2025

Meeting our group, we set off to uncover the delights of Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. We head south, stopping along the way for morning tea, before we make our way to the Emerald Bank complex in Shepparton, home to the Riverside Garden Centre and the famous Shepparton Chocolate Apple Factory. From here we head over to the Peppermill Inn for a delicious lunch before getting back on the road and making our way back to Ballarat. Here, we first visit the beautiful Ballarat Botanic Gardens to stretch our legs and smell the flowers before checking in and enjoying a delicious meal at our accommodation for the next couple of nights.

Day 2 (BLD): EXPLORING DAYLESFORD & HEPBURN SPRINGS – Thursday, 9^th October 2025

Daylesford and Hepburn Springs are twin towns in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range of Victoria, Australia. They are known for their natural mineral springs and incredibly beautiful landscape. It is a place steeped in history, with many different groups migrating through the area throughout its storied past. After a hearty breakfast at the hotel buffet, we head out to Daylesford and start our day with a local tour guide coming aboard our coach to give some insight into that history. After dropping off our guide, we head to The Convent Gallery and enjoy a delicious Devonshire Tea before being given a guided tour of the Gallery. Following our tour, we depart and visit The Amazing Mill Markets for a some well deserved shopping. At The Amazing Mill Markets you will find a selection of vintage clothes, vintage furniture, collectables, antiques, memorabilia, home decor, fine China, art, glass, coins, jewellery, books and records to name a few things. Our lunch today is at the Hot Chocolate Café, in the Chocolate Mill. Perhaps you should indulge in one of their famous namesake hot chocolates, while enjoying your rustic local roll and chocolate samples for lunch. From here we reboard the coach and travel back to Ballarat. This afternoon we visit the Ballarat Wildlife Park, an incredible, family owned and operated wildlife park, dedicated to conservation and education. After meeting and handfeeding some of the residents, we make our way back to our accommodation for dinner.

Day 3 (BL): BALLARAT TO WAGGA WAGGA – Friday, 10^th October 2025

With our bags packed, we begin our journey home. We make our way back through Euroa and Violet Town, before arriving in Milawa to enjoy lunch at the Milawa Hotel. After lunch we will head up the road to the famous Brown Brothers Winery. Brown Brothers has been crafting wines in the King Valley for over 130 years. From pioneering new wine styles to creating some of Australia’s most loved drops, their approach is all about innovation, quality, and a deep connection to the region. We will pop in at their cellar door and enjoy a tasting and maybe pick up a few bottles for home. From there we continue the last leg of our journey and return to Wagga Wagga.
