Come along with Priest’s Coaches for a relaxing day among the blooms as we visit two of the most incredible flower shows of the year – Tulip Top Gardens & Floriade 2025

Day 1 (LD): WAGGA WAGGA TO CANBERRA – Saturday, 11^th October 2025

Departing Wagga Wagga from the Cross St carpark at 8:00am. We will make our way to Tulip Top Gardens in Sutton, stopping along the way for a light morning tea. Arriving at the gardens, you will have a couple of hours to explore the incredible gardens at your own pace. There is such a rich array of colours and scenes to take in across the gardens, you won’t know where to look first. After you have taken in all the gardens have to offer, we will meet up for a delicious lunch in the Tulips Tops Café. Following lunch, we will reboard the coach and make our way into the Nations Capitol for the afternoon. Here you will have choice between visiting the Australian War Memorial, for a wander through the incredible history on display, or visiting the National Gallery of Australia for a walk through our Nation’s history, or if you prebook, you can visit the excellent Mr. Squiggle exhibit currently on display, free of charge. After our afternoon of exploration, we will check in to our accommodation and freshen up before heading to The Burns Club for an exceptional all-you-can-eat buffet dinner. Then its back to our accommodation for the night.

Day 2 (B): CANBERRA TO WAGGA WAGGA – Sunday, 12^th October 2025

We enjoy a casual start to our day today, with a full buffet breakfast in the hotel before we check out and head for Australia’s Biggest Celebration of Spring, Floriade 2025. This year’s theme is Science and Nature, with displays that demonstrate some of the breathtaking beauty that can be achieved when the two are brough together. With over 1 million blooms around the event and a diverse program of entertainment, cultural celebrations, food and wine, horticultural workshops, market traders, artistic displays and more as Floriade celebrates all things flowers, food, and gardens. You will enjoy the morning here at your own pace, with plenty of time to see everything on offer and partake in some of the incredible food available for lunch, before we board the coach and make our journey home to Wagga, hopefully with a few new plants for your garden as well.
